Position Overview

To be eligible to enlist in the U.S. Navy, candidates must be between the ages of 18-34. At any given moment, hundreds of complex networked computer systems work in tandem to keep ships and submarines operating at their best. This opportunity offers specialized training that paves the way for careers in IT and network support, computer programming, web development, and information security. Candidates can pursue roles such as Information Systems Technician, Cryptologic Technician Networks, and Intelligence Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure networks and related systems are designed, operated properly, and errors are fixed to avoid interruptions in mission-critical operations.
  • Perform offensive and defensive cyber operations using state-of-the-art technology to protect network communications.
  • Collect and analyze intelligence data to create cohesive briefings for high-ranking Navy officials and enhance mission readiness.
