Job Description

Position Overview

Cotiviti is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing intern to join our dynamic and innovative team for summer 2025 in the healthcare technology sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate across various Marketing areas – including content and communications, strategic conferences and events, public relations & social media, product marketing, operations, performance and analytics, along with creative services. You will work closely with Marketing leaders and the broader team, gaining invaluable experience while contributing to projects around brand, campaigns, opportunity generation, thought leadership, and event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and distribution of Marketing communications, such as newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Research social media best practices and propose and develop social media content for LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis, providing insights and recommendations for product development and positioning.
  • Learn the aspects of the HubSpot marketing automation tool, contribute to campaign organization, and achieve HubSpot certification.
  • Learn how to analyze and report on the performance and impact of Marketing activities, using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce Marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, videos, and infographics.
  • Assist with planning for internal and external events.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • '25 - '26 undergraduate, entering junior or senior year, working towards a Marketing BA (preferred) or related field, with a strong desire to learn Marketing.
  • Motivated individual who is a quick learner, intuitive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve challenges effectively and efficiently in an office/business environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills along with excellent written and oral communication capabilities.

Working Conditions

  • Mental Requirements:Communicating with others to exchange information and assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Physical Requirements:Remaining in a stationary position (often standing or sitting for prolonged periods), repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers; providing a dedicated, secure work area; and maintaining high-speed internet connectivity along with office setup.
  • No adverse environmental conditions are expected.

Benefits & Perks

  • Base Compensation:$18.00 to $25.00 per hour (specific offers determined by experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs).
  • Remote Opportunity:This role is based remotely with all interviews conducted virtually.
  • Nonexempt employees are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week, as required by applicable state law.
