Join ECS as aVirtual Customer Support Agent. These positions are truly customer service roles in a virtual setting. We are a full service customer support company that handles any and all of your needs, delivered with infinite reach and capabilities. Our virtual agents are true professionals with relatable personalities and a "bend-over-backwards for you" mentality. Compensation:These positions pay$10/hour startingplus bonuses/incentives, with the opportunity to earn$30,000-60,000+ per yearbased on performance, hours worked, and customer satisfaction. All shifts are available (Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, and OT) and you choose your own hours as long as you work a minimum of 40 hours per week. We currently have over2,000 FULL TIME IMMEDIATE OPENINGSand are in full growth mode, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide experienced customer service, call center, and virtual support from your home office.
  • Answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats to assist individuals with their support questions.
  • Participate in training and certification programs available at various times during the day and evening.
  • Utilize your strengths to select from multiple support opportunities.
  • Serve as a third party 1099 support professional.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred).
  • Must have or be willing to set up a home office with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups.
  • High level of professionalism and a business-appropriate phone presence.
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
  • Availability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary.
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.
  • Technical requirements include a CPU (i5 or equivalent; i7 recommended), minimum 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds, maximum 250 MS network latency, Windows 8.1 (64bit) or Windows 10 (64bit), and at least 4GB of RAM (8GB recommended). A desktop or laptop connected via ethernet is required; Chromebooks, iPads, or similar devices are not acceptable.
