Position Overview
Become a part of the Pay O Matic Team! Join us as a Customer Service Representative where you'll engage with customers and provide basic information on Pay O Matic bank products and services. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Stand for extended periods and use the POS system for all transactions.
- Work in confined areas while adhering to the Company’s security and safety policies.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Adapt in the face of workplace stressors and perform transactions while upholding banking-related compliance rules and regulations.
- Maintain a harmonious work environment through mutual respect.
- Exhibit flexibility by being available for overtime, working Mon-Fri 1-9pm, as well as weekends and holidays.
- Float to other locations as necessary and work independently when required.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient computer operator.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility and a willingness to accept change quickly.
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish preferred) are a plus.
