Position Overview

FOX Entertainment, one of the world's most recognizable media brands with a legacy spanning over 35 years, is reinventing itself with innovative storytelling and bold creativity. We are seeking a skilled and curious Data Scientist (Temp) to join our Data Science and Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to power smarter marketing decisions and drive audience growth across our diverse entertainment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.
  • Build predictive models and assist with simulations to inform marketing strategies and budget recommendations.
  • Contribute to experimentation efforts, including A/B test design, implementation, and analysis.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics).
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling.
  • Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Strong foundation in statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with experimental design and A/B testing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or MMM.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) or big data tools (e.g., Spark).
  • Knowledge of marketing technology and advertising platforms.
  • Background in entertainment, media, or consumer-facing industries.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $45.00-55.00 per hour
