Job Description
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and resolving complaints via telephone calls, chats, and tickets. You must pass assessments, be local, and attend mandatory training and meetings. Compensation: $18.5 - $18.51 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets.
- Assist with order issues, exchanges, edits, and tracking inquiries.
- Develop a deep knowledge of products and services to effectively convey information to customers.
- Resolve compliance issues by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Work weekends as needed and support overall teamwork and morale.
- Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / Completed Secondary Education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center support
- Strong basic computer, software, and typing skills
- Exceptional active listening, interpersonal sensitivity, and empathy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
