Key Responsibilities

• Schedules tasks on a weekly basis to meet execution objectives
• Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled
• Performs store tasks in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Accurately reports all completed retail tasks through the designated systems on the day the work is performed
• Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives
• Completes required training and certification programs
• Engages daily with CROSSMARK’s communication tools for planning, reporting, and reviewing work
• Implements retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned
• Demonstrates flexibility by participating in team scheduled tasks and client work assignments
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising teams to meet company and client objectives
• Ensures proper maintenance of all company equipment
• Follows company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities
• Note: This role is not expected to exceed 24 hours per week; however, the company reserves the discretion to modify the role based on business and client needs. Additional tasks may also be assigned as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• MUST have personal transportation
• Reset and plan-o-gram experience REQUIRED
• Must have daily access to a computer with an internet connection
