This full-time, direct hire role offers a <b>Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000/year</b> and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm (with overtime as needed). Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of relevant experience.

    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Support process engineering activities, including workflow design, layout planning, and efficiency improvements.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Perform hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
