As a Paid Search Manager, you will play a key role in elevating SAP’s global paid search practice with a strong focus on AI-driven activation, brand visibility, and event-led search strategies. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end global Corporate Brand Paid Search program, drive continuous, data-backed optimization, and collaborate with platform partners and internal stakeholders to innovate and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute SAP’s global Corporate Brand Paid Search strategy with emphasis on AI-driven activation and enhanced brand visibility.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign execution including budgeting, financial oversight, governance, and ensuring global consistency.
  • Drive continuous, data-backed optimization and deliver high-quality reporting and strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Microsoft, Baidu), IMT teams, and media agencies to operationalize advanced search campaign formats.
  • Support the design, execution, and optimization of event and awareness-focused search campaigns at both global and regional levels.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search or performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale search campaigns and implementing AI-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working alongside multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing global digital campaigns in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP’s ecosystem or enterprise software marketing.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging AI-driven advertising tools.
  • Advanced understanding of automated bidding strategies and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.

  • Compensation: $84,300 - $183,700 (USD), dependent upon education, skills, experience, and location.
