Position Overview

At Aspire Sales, we bring awareness, messaging and brand identity to the community on behalf of our clients. We utilize tried-and-tested acquisition techniques to build meaningful connections and create sustainable revenue streams to exceed targets. As our clients grow, so does our expansion. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representatives to kickstart their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate is positive, confident, goal driven and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time | Shift: 8 hour, Day shift | Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers to bring awareness and value to client brands through direct engagement.
  • Innovate campaigns to promote client brand recognition.
  • Actively pursue and support sales initiatives.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints with expertise and patience.
  • Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately.
  • Attend daily team meetings to collaborate on marketing and sales strategies.
  • Deliver results to achieve our clients’ most ambitious revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a high performance environment.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.
