Position Overview

As a 100% distributed team built from world-class talent in tech, we are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to support our expanding iOS app, drive new projects, and shape key product decisions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions for the Speechify iOS app.
• Ship production code while maintaining and enhancing our complex app architecture.
• Collaborate with a dedicated product team and participate in shaping the product roadmap.
• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to strategic product decisions.
• Thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment by delivering results quickly.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in developing products that scale to a large user base and managing full product lifecycles.
• A proven track record of engineering products with a strong focus on customer obsession and product thinking.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-growth startup environments while maintaining focus and quality.
• Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, with practical knowledge of multithreading and adherence to SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, and Git, along with an understanding of various Git strategies.
