Position Overview

We’re seeking Remote Content Moderators to safeguard online communities by reviewing and managing user-generated content on social media, e-commerce, and community platforms. No degree or previous moderation experience is required—we provide full training so you can confidently navigate clear, structured guidelines while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content in real time using internal dashboards.
• Flag or remove posts that violate safety, harassment, spam, or content policies.
• Follow clear moderation guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Escalate edge cases or repeat violators to senior moderators or trust & safety leads.
• Meet daily content review quotas while maintaining response time targets.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures.
• Comfortable reading and reviewing digital content.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• A quiet work environment along with a desktop or laptop (Windows or Mac) and reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps download minimum).
