Key Responsibilities
- Key member of the leadership team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Monitor and maintain a pulse on all business operations while inspiring leadership through people development, strong communication skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethic.
- Lead employees to drive maximum performance and dedication by fostering a culture of fun, accountability, responsibility, positive energy, and mutual expectations.
- Evaluate performance of restaurant leadership based on personal growth, operational performance, and financial success.
- Manage operations by directing and coordinating activities in alignment with established goals, objectives, plans, and policies.
- Establish, implement, and execute comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Oversee daily operations of stores, including food safety, maintenance, and all administrative requirements.
- Ensure efficient and sustainable growth of the business through operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the COO to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports to the COO addressing important matters and requirements.
- Provide assistance to the COO in all required areas.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify business trends and facilitate positive organizational change.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
