The successful candidate will architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based business solutions—including traditional sales and marketing CRM solutions and custom application development using the CRM framework—to support our clients’ evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform as a credible subject matter expert with clients during the sales cycle and support marketing events.
- Manage the delivery of CRM configuration, custom assembly development, integration code, and data migration scripts for Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based projects.
- Lead small to mid-sized development teams in full-lifecycle development efforts based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the CRM framework, and C#.NET.
- Develop user stories, use cases, and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams.
- Contribute to company architectural best practices and CRM customization standards for Dynamics CRM-based projects.
- Provide hands-on mentoring and expert-level technical assistance to junior team members.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the highest quality of customization code and adherence to design patterns.
- Offer interview and technical screening support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM candidates as needed.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including its entity model, security model, and Web services.
- Strong experience with the CRM framework.
- Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience, with proficiency in CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
- Proven ability to architect solutions involving CRM customization, including server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
- Experience in customizing the Web client and Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook.
- Familiarity with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication, and Workflow Foundations.
- Extensive JavaScript and HTML design and development experience.
- Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server databases, reporting, and integration services.
- Knowledge of Unified Modelling Language (UML), Design Patterns, and other architectural principles.
- Experience developing solutions using relational database technologies (SQL Server or Oracle) with stored procedures (Transact SQL or PL/SQL).
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and able to attain a Government Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of third-party ETL tools (Scribe, SSIS, Informatica, etc.).
- Dynamics CRM 2013 or 2015 certifications.
