Remote Sales Representative - Entry Level - Part-Time or Full-Time

Position Overview

The Busick Agency is looking for remote sales representatives to join our team and run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living. This commission‐based sales position rewards personal performance rather than corporate politics. We help individuals find the most viable solutions for their needs and budget, while maintaining a strict policy against cold calling, prospecting, or harassing family and friends.

Key Responsibilities

• Run appointments for various insurance products including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living.
• Operate in a commission-based environment where promotions are based solely on personal performance.
• Adhere to company policies by refraining from cold calling, prospecting, or harassing family and friends.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
