Key Responsibilities

  • Master our sales process within a remarkable six-month timeframe (typically up to a year).
  • Challenge conventions and redefine the benchmarks of achievement in the supplemental insurance industry.
  • Cultivate and expand your market presence while transitioning into a mentor role.
  • Coach, teach, and motivate peers by imparting your proven strategies for success.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrates drive, assertiveness, and resilience with a proactive "see a need, meet a need" mindset.
  • Exhibits initiative by managing daily and weekly tasks autonomously and confidently navigating systems and protocols.
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring with uncompromising standards of excellence.
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Holds an active Driver's License with reliable transportation.
  • Possesses an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain—with study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or demonstrates a minimum of 4 years of post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less experience but a relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
