We are a distinguished agency specializing in strategic media planning, purchasing, and campaign management for pharmaceutical and consumer brands. We are seeking a talented Technical SEO Manager with prior development experience to join our growing team. Recognized as one of Inc. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to drive organic search visibility, traffic, and conversion goals per strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement technical SEO best practices, guiding client and partner development teams.
- Lead SEO technical audits to identify opportunities for unlocking organic search potential.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure SEO recommendations are properly implemented through QA.
- Develop regular reporting and insights while working with channel leads to drive holistic strategy.
- Analyze keyword research to synthesize strategic insights and identify content opportunities.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and evolve technical SEO best practices accordingly.
- Leverage SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Lighthouse to measure, report, and optimize performance.
- Champion industry updates and communicate organic search best practices within the agency and client portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for digital marketing with a 4-year college degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an SEO role.
- Experience in a Big Agency or Enterprise Client-Side environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of driving business results through SEO.
- Proficient understanding of media channels and their holistic integration with SEO.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience producing technical SEO deliverables and effectively interfacing with development teams.
- Practical experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Wix, or Magento.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in other popular front-end programming languages.
- Experience developing structured data markup.
- Prior experience with Healthcare marketing.
- Ability to deliver tech audits through to implementation with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth for previous clients.
