Position Overview

This is aremote position. Handle real-time inquiries from partners and users through Prestige Gaming’s live chat platform. You’ll manage multiple conversations, offer game instructions, solve minor technical issues, and ensure user satisfaction through fast, courteous support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inbound live chat requests
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and gameplay questions
  • Guide clients through processes such as registration or reporting
  • Capture chat logs and tag interactions for analytics

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in live chat or online customer support
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher with high accuracy
  • Multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of the gaming industry or willingness to learn
