Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV—a tertiary-care and teaching hospital offering advanced cardiovascular, neurological, surgical, and emergency services—is recruiting for our Hospital Administrator Program. This role provides day-to-day operational oversight of various departments while supporting strategic initiatives and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for various hospital departments.
  • Implement the strategies of the CEO and COO to maximize service quality and profitability.
  • Manage assigned departments efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in corporate Leadership Development classes to advance career readiness for future executive roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the financial implications of decisions including budgeting and forecasting for departmental operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with physicians, managers, and staff.
  • Master’s degree required (MBA, MHA, or related program).
  • Hospital management experience at a mid level (3-7 years).
  • Acute care hospital experience is required.
  • Must be open to relocation.
  • Strong project management experience and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative Residency or Fellowship a plus.
