Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers: Build strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Delivering exceptional service and sales support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
- Managing sales orders: Efficiently handle sales transactions, installation scheduling, cancellations, and product adjustments.
- Driving growth: Support business and sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunication products.
- Collaborating with the team: Work closely with fellow associates to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the team.
- Maintaining telecommunication product knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest telecommunications products and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 0 – 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop sales expertise
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers
