Job Description

Position Overview

Never Restricting or judging. The Bilingual Sales Representative is primarily responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11–7:30 or 12–8:30 Central Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission from Spanish and English-speaking prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms, and pricing.
  • Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns, and objections.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products across the Mindr Co. family of brands.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Utilize Breathe Easy technology systems, including quoting, agency management, and payment software.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with leadership, team members, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
  • 1+ years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
  • Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong typing skills and PC proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
