As part of the Experience Design team, the Content Design function is responsible for creating data-informed content for the brands' digital experiences. Content designers collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and others to craft engaging, user-centered content for people and businesses around the world.

Compensation: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60, based on factors such as education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and write UX content for web experiences.
  • Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.
  • Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in this problem/solution space.
  • Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams to share context and clarity gleaned from customer research.
  • Use data and research to evaluate content impact and push for continuous improvement that shows tangible results.
  • Present design solutions and rationale to leadership (director-level+).
  • Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a content designer, UX Writer, or content strategist.
  • Excellent writing and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with content standards, including style, voice, and tone guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, set stakeholder expectations, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and user-focused content.
  • Experience developing and managing website content, with strong knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including collaboration with design and product teams to align content with visual and interaction design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated initiative and proactivity in learning about products and understanding business context.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for content quality and web property performance.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and optimizing content for search visibility.
  • Overall experience of 8+ years and a background in English, journalism, or marketing is considered a plus.
