Job Description

Position Overview

In-office only; this full-time Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is essential for managing timekeeping, payroll (including certified payroll), purchase orders, and other daily business operations. The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Flexible hours apply, and a background check along with an NDA will be completed. Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, Location: In person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timekeeping and attendance records.
  • Process payroll and certified payroll.
  • Handle purchase orders and assist with financial documentation.
  • Support overall daily business operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to comply with company policies, including successful background check and NDA completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary Public Certification.
