A Houston-based software company is now seeking a motivated Software Sales Representative who will identify new sales contracts and schedule software demonstrations in a beautiful office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales contracts.
- Initiate new sales project research via internet/phone.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls.
- Respond to inbound leads to qualify opportunities.
- Schedule and participate in software demonstrations.

- Ability to Identify New Sales Leads
- Research through Internet Search Engines for New Project Candidates
- Qualify New Project Candidate
- Identify Candidate Projects Contacts and their Information
- Generate New Sales Leads
- Record Progress in CRM (salesforce.com)
- Ability to Report Progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (with Job Experience) or College Graduate (or some College Preferred)
- Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills
- Professional Sales Background Preferred
