Senior Digital Marketing Strategist -Startups/SMB (Remote US)

Position Overview

Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for B2B companies. We use our exclusive Customer Generation methodology that focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. Our offerings include Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to help our clients hit their SQL targets every time. As we expand, we are looking for forward-thinking professionals who excel in crafting data-driven strategies, optimizing campaigns, and fueling demand for innovative brands.

In this role, you will work directly with up to seven accounts and be responsible for their performance marketing. You will interface with customers, pitch strategy, and ensure that results are exceeded. If you are strong in marketing strategy, execution, communication, and project management, you will thrive in this fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the success of SMB clients across multiple channels
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy
• Project manage and organize client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts
• Utilize deep technical knowledge of Strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies
• Demonstrate a creative spark for marketing and a passion for delivering results

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
• A brilliant strategist and a truly T-shaped marketer
• World-class project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Availability to travel

• Compensation: Annual base salary range of $80,000–$85,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility
