In this role, you will ensure timely delivery of quality products, maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding CCBCHC’s standards.
Salary: $58,000.00
Key Responsibilities
- Boost sales revenue for assigned accounts by means of product encashment, distribution, exhibits, and implementing advertising endeavors.
- Sell and transport items to predetermined clients every day.
- Merchandise and stock all accounts according to CCBCHC standards.
- Ensure all Point of Sale advertising is relocated, substituted, and maintained appropriately at accounts.
- Accurately record products, cash, and assets daily to ensure proper financial management.
- Ensure prompt and accurate payment collection through streamlined invoicing methods.
- Establish connections with account representatives and provide superior customer service through routine communication and timely follow-up.
- Maintain a sharp appearance for CCBCHC equipment and products in assigned accounts.
- Keep storage areas tidy and manage trade breakage for assigned customers effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure that the vehicle and its contents comply with CCBCHC regulations.
- Uphold CCBCHC’s quality assurance standards in every account.
- Maintain safe working conditions to protect employees from harm.
- Foster professional and team-oriented relationships with coworkers and customers.
- Stay informed about competitors’ products, promotions, and market performance.
- Adhere to and strengthen all guidelines, regulations, protocols, and operational policies.
- Deliver on promises to clients and colleagues by being reliable and dependable.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in steering a two or four-wheeled cart.
- Capability in handling and driving all types of forklifts and industrial power trucks with efficiency.
- Within 90 days of beginning work, the ability to acquire a Class A CDL.
- Ability to competently operate a tractor-trailer requiring a Class A CDL while complying with all associated requirements and CCBCHC driving record guidelines.
- Meeting and maintaining DOT physical eligibility requirements.
- Versatility and responsiveness to changes in the workplace.
- A sharp business acumen with the knack for identifying critical business issues.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make tough decisions aligned with the company’s rules and regulations.
- A proven capacity to make accurate and timely judgments using sound judgment skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of work experience, with at least one year in commercial driving.
- Prior experience in the grocery store or consumer products industry is a plus.
- A background in customer care is desired.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation and interactive safety training, including annual drug and alcohol training.
- Ability to demonstrate truck driving competency if required.
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds along with standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
- Must possess sharp near-vision and the ability to concentrate for extended periods while operating a computer terminal.
- Willingness to work in a moderately noisy manufacturing/warehousing environment.
- Flexibility to travel to other company offices (approximately 10% of work time) and attend seminars or training sessions.
- Availability for some weekend and holiday shifts.
