Position Overview
PS is redefining the way the world travels by building and operating private airport terminals that transform commercial air travel into a seamless luxury experience. As an IT Systems Specialist at PS, you will efficiently administer, operate, and maintain computer systems, office equipment, audiovisual systems, and voice communications. In this role, you will provide 2nd level support (and occasionally 1st level) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure state-of-the-art IT solutions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot all corporate and hospitality IT systems including email, IAM, point of sale, VOIP, audiovisual, and office applications.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity/Risk team to secure IT systems through stringent security measures and regulatory compliance (e.g., NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS).
- Manage endpoint protection, deployment/provisioning, policy enforcement, audit, and patch management (including mobile device management).
- Provide 2nd level support—and field 1st level support as needed—by resolving software installations, hardware setups, configuration tasks, and ticket escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement of IT tools and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders and systems engineers on corporate projects.
- Maintain effective relationships with third-party vendors as the point of contact for current and future IT projects.
- Monitor system performance, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, upgrade infrastructure, and manage alerts according to set policies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including daily operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Participate in technical presentations and be available to work weekends, holidays, or after hours when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of systems administration experience in on-premise and cloud-based environments.
- Strong experience with cloud services such as O365 and the Azure family of products.
- Knowledge of IAM/IdP systems (e.g., Entra/Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory) and experience configuring SSO applications.
- Experience in IT systems administration, IT service management (ITSM), and IT asset management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, ACL, VPN, DNS, with familiarity in WAF and Zero Trust technologies.
- Familiarity with workstation and mobile operating systems.
- Certifications such as ITIL, MS Certified.*, MS 365 Certified.*, or Network+ are preferred.
- Cursory knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, or willingness to learn these within the first year.
- Strong self-motivation, effective communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000/annually (depending on experience). This is a full-time, Exempt role.
