Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will independently manage complex analytical projects, develop models and experimentation frameworks, and translate technical insights into strategic recommendations across brand, dealer, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments, including sample sizing, metric selection, and mitigation of statistical biases
- Customize and deploy sophisticated attribution models, forecasting solutions, and predictive models using multivariate regression, time-series analysis, optimization methodologies, and other advanced techniques
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for marketing teams, providing strategic guidance and leading discussions with third-party vendors on analytical methodologies
- Support international marketing efforts by fielding technical questions and adapting analytical approaches for different markets
- Develop advanced SQL queries and manage DBT models powering Looker dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with dealer teams to design and analyze marketing surveys to gather customer insights and inform strategy
- Monitor vendor data ingestion pipelines for quality and consistency
- Create sophisticated visualizations and data-driven narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with analytics leadership to propose innovative quantitative methodologies for emerging business challenges
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; 1-2 years of professional marketing analytics experience
- Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling
- Demonstrated experience in independently designing and analyzing A/B tests with sophisticated experimental designs
- Solid understanding of statistics including probability theory, regression analysis, and common statistical pitfalls
- Experience in building predictive models and forecasting solutions
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Experience with data visualization tools and advanced visualization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Survey design and analysis experience
- Marketing attribution modeling experience
- Familiarity with LookML, DBT, Looker, and project management tools (Jira)
- Background in automotive, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses

- Compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $74,000 to $92,000 USD, which forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package (OTE includes on-target commissions for applicable roles). Individual pay is determined by work location, skills, experience, and education.
