Job Description

Position Overview

We are hiring a highly organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative in Chatsworth, CA for a full-time, on-site role. With a competitive hourly rate of $20–$25/hour (Compensation), you will serve as the main communication hub between customers, sales representatives, and field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Follow-Ups: Handle inbound/outbound calls, provide information on services, and log inquiries for appropriate teams.
  • Lead & Proposal Follow-Ups: Contact customers who received quotes, gather feedback, and update sales representatives on lead status.
  • Post-Job Check-Ins & Reviews: Follow up after job completion to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and guide clients to leave reviews.
  • Quality Control & Internal Coordination: Track active jobs, flag urgent concerns, and communicate customer feedback to management.
  • Warranty & Service Requests: Manage warranty claims and service requests, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
  • Calm, solution-oriented approach to customer concerns
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Spanish fluency is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or dispatching
  • CRM experience (JobNimbus or similar) is a plus
