We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and office management skills, with experience in handling front desk responsibilities, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service
- Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies and maintaining office procedures
- Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and record keeping
- Manage correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience; previous roles as a receptionist or personal assistant preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual ability is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.03 - $26.53 per hour
