Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Secretary to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and office management skills, with experience in handling front desk responsibilities, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent service
  • Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies and maintaining office procedures
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and record keeping
  • Manage correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries

Requirements

  • Proven office management or administrative experience; previous roles as a receptionist or personal assistant preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual ability is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.03 - $26.53 per hour
