Position Overview

AccentCare is seeking an LPN / LVN Home Health professional in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week, 8‑hour shift Staff position covers areas including Minnetonka, Edina, and Richfield. Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing visits as prescribed by physicians while ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and deliver patient‑centered care.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of clinical experience plus one year in home health.
• Graduate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of operation.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver capable of traveling to business locations.
