Job Description

Position Overview

This position is part of the Global HR Technology Team, with specific responsibility for supporting and advancing Arrow's usage of HR technology solutions. This role is responsible for monitoring the intake and resolution of HR technology issues, including issue tracking, resolution, documentation, process documentation, communication, and overseeing HR data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the day-to-day administrative requirements of various HR Systems (e.g. Workday, HR Connect and Learn@Arrow), including maintenance of user profiles (systems access and security) and system tables (adds/changes/deletes). Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches, and collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate these updates.
  • Provide support for HR colleagues by researching and resolving HR system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and recommend solutions or alternate methods to avoid recurrence.
  • Perform mass data uploads into Workday utilizing EIB processes and maintain the EIB template library.
  • Write, maintain, and support documentation for HR Technology, including business process workflows, user guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Work with HR Technology Management to develop and ensure training materials are in place for new hires.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years working in an HR environment, using Workday.
  • Experience providing customer support to internal clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • Aptitude for working with HRIS.
  • Experience with Workday, HR Connect, Cornerstone, or SharePoint is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Experience using problem solving methodologies and structured process analysis.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple and varied priorities simultaneously and deliver within defined deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly effective in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of HR Technology experience preferred with direct responsibility in HR systems administration or maintenance.
