Position Overview

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL Drivers based in Marianna, FL to haul grocery loads for our dedicated customer, Publix. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826. Drivers receive a Guaranteed Minimum Pay of $1,575 per week (with most averaging $1,700 per week), plus a quarterly loyalty bonus of $0.01 per mile driven and Paid Holidays. Drivers will be assigned weeks-long schedules—including occasional special projects—with a hotel stay provided for a 34-hour reset. Key Responsibilities

• Haul grocery loads for Publix with commitment to quality service.
• Maintain flexibility with weeks-long schedules and special project assignments; adhere to reset requirements with provided hotel stays.
• Operate an assigned late-model Freightliner Sleeper pulling reefer trailers safely and efficiently.
• Uphold all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years.
• Additional qualifications may apply.
• Applicants must create a profile at the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse (fmcsa.dot.gov) prior to hire.
• Minimum of 9 months tractor-trailer experience within the past three years.
