Key Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into the quality of health services and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain complex databases and applications using SQL and other analytics software.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and implement data-driven processes and strategies for healthcare improvement.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and executives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Monitor and report on progress towards objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance for data-related initiatives.
• Stay abreast of trends and developments in healthcare data and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience working with health data.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and other analytics software.
• Understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
• Strong technical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
