Job Description

Position Overview

The Marketing Project Manager plays a key role within the Marketing Department, managing the successful delivery of projects throughout the entire campaign lifecycle. You will lead calls, make decisive decisions, engage partners, and perform administrative and marketing support tasks including budgeting, proposals, reporting, and invoicing. You will also oversee high-engagement third-party co-op marketing initiatives—handling contracts, timelines, and performance tracking with a focus on ensuring strong ROI and strategic alignment.

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE | Work Location: In-Office | Classification: Exempt - Salaried

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for Marketing projects
  • Own the Marketing Project Roadmap, overseeing scheduling, planning, and resource management from inception to delivery
  • Delegate and communicate tasks to the Marketing Coordinator and Creative Team
  • Ensure project-related documentation is accurate and complete
  • Manage third-party co-op marketing programs including contract execution, campaign scheduling, partner communication, and performance tracking (KPIs and ROI)
  • Make final decisions on behalf of partners using sound initiative
  • Drive content objectives by communicating tactical outlines to the team
  • Develop comprehensive reporting for marketing campaigns highlighting key partner initiatives
  • Manage the departmental calendar and ensure projects are on time and on budget
  • Assist with annual marketing budget development and coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoice payments
  • Oversee print marketing objectives and campaign schedules
  • Communicate with stakeholders and manage marketing tactics for both internal and external campaigns
  • Create and implement efficient content production processes while building trusting relationships with external partners
  • Continuously review internal processes and propose operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience coordinating marketing projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Strong understanding of organizational methodologies and project management concepts
  • Proficiency in project management software (particularly monday.com and Hubspot), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
