Position Overview
Director of Recruitment – Live Nation Venues at Live Nation Entertainment is responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts across 150+ U.S. venues. This role develops scalable hiring processes, mentors a distributed team, and leverages technology (such as ATS, CRM, and AI sourcing tools) to drive efficient recruitment. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will collaborate with venue leadership and HR partners to forecast staffing needs while working Remote from select states.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy across U.S. venues.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling high-volume and specialized roles.
- Partner with department heads and HR to forecast staffing needs.
- Create scalable hiring processes and tools to ensure recruitment consistency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track hiring performance and diversity metrics.
- Collaborate on employer branding and candidate-facing content.
- Personally manage senior-level and critical hires.
- Utilize technology (ATS, CRM, AI tools) to optimize sourcing and recruiter efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in high-volume, multi-location recruitment.
- Strong data analysis skills with expertise in metrics and dashboard reporting.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building seasonal/hourly hiring programs.
- Background in talent acquisition strategy.
- Experience in venue, hospitality, or entertainment recruiting.
