Position Overview

Help Desk Support
Location: La Vergne, TN 37086
Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm OR 6am-2:30pm; 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 4:30pm-1:00am; 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri 10:30pm-7:00am

We’re hiring an entry-level Computer Support Technician to help test, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and hardware. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot basic computer hardware and software issues
  • Repair or replace parts and test systems
  • Follow work instructions and document work completed

Required Qualifications

  • Basic Windows knowledge
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Able to stand and work on a shop floor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: 6 months–1 year computer, IT support, or repair experience (preferred)
  • Qualifications: A+ certification is a plus
