Your Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for Expedia Group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans and budgets that align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to drive profitability.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform financial strategy and planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Mentor and train junior finance team members.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in finance and apply them to optimize financial processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other members of the finance team to support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Uphold the values and culture of Expedia Group through positive and professional interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
