We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with new referral partners and maintaining existing partnerships through both phone communications and in‑person visits to clinics, hospitals, assisted living centers, and other referral partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with local healthcare organizations and other referral partners (Hunter & Relationship Building).
- Develop and execute strategies to increase patient referrals from existing and new partners.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, onboarding status, and feedback (Reporting and Feedback).
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager and admissions team on progress and challenges.
- Offer insights and suggestions for improving the patient onboarding experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Strong organizational skills, a desire to learn and improve, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally for in‑person patient visits.
