Our client, a fast-growing global SaaS organization, is expanding its ANZ presence and is seeking driven Inside Sales Executives to accelerate new business growth.

This role focuses primarily on inbound leads across SMB and mid-market accounts. You will engage decision-makers, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle β€” from first contact through to close.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads with strategic and timely follow-up
  • Conduct engaging virtual presentations and customized product demonstrations
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across SMB and mid-market organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle (lead to close) using CRM tools
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events (as required)
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning

βœ… What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in SaaS or software sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Experience selling CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS solutions preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • CRM proficiency (pipeline management and forecasting)
  • Willingness to travel domestically when required
