Job Description

Position Overview

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform powering millions of businesses worldwide. As the Head of Consumer Marketing for Link – Stripe's one‐click checkout with over 100 million consumers – you will define and execute a multi‐year consumer marketing strategy, develop full‐funnel campaigns across channels, and lead a high‐performing team. This role is embedded within a dynamic team that collaborates with Product, Brand, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and User Research. You will also enjoy flexible remote and hybrid work options that balance in‐office collaboration with individual flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and manage execution of Link’s integrated consumer marketing strategy across channels including paid media, site, OOH, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and social.
  • Manage a small team of marketers and make critical hires to support strategic initiatives.
  • Define the target market, segments, addressable audience, and partner closely with user research.
  • Allocate the marketing budget and regularly report on its ROI.
  • Collaborate with product and product marketing to shape campaign messaging and integrate product launch moments.
  • Work with partnerships and communications to define Link’s media strategy.
  • Guide the creative team using customer insights and key messages to produce compelling campaigns.
  • Direct and manage cross-functional teams (both internal and agency) ensuring strong project management and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in tech marketing, including at least 10 years in B2C marketing and 5+ years managing teams.
  • Proven experience running high-profile campaigns for leading tech companies across diverse channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive results.
  • Experience managing and owning a marketing budget.
  • Fluency with engagement platforms such as Braze.

  • Compensation: Annual US base salary range of $224,000 - $336,000 (range may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location).
