Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the rental or return process on airport lots.
• Check cars, enter information in handheld devices, and process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check in cars at return while providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and safely enter/exit vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence required (position cannot be performed remotely)

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (a bonus)
