Lutron is seeking a seasoned engineering leader with deep expertise on software and embedded systems who is passionate about teaching the craft of engineering to junior and mid-career engineers as they create world-class, smart lighting and lighting control systems. In this position, you will help to systematically upgrade Lutron engineers’ ability to solve hard, cross-disciplinary problems.
