Position Overview

We’re searching for a Customer Support Specialist who is dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience. If you have great communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you!

Compensation: Depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Location: at our Navigation facility in East Downtown Houston, 77011

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders with accuracy and attention to detail, in accordance with customer requirements
  • Prepare and invoice customer orders, ensuring timely processing
  • Provide service for order inquiries and order status updates to customers
  • Communicate with customers and appropriate personnel to resolve any problems or concerns
  • File, scan and maintain storage of all paperwork associated with each order, such as invoices, reports, drawings, etc.
  • Multi-task, manage time, prioritize and react quickly to changing priorities and follow through on work assigned
  • Work independently to identify and resolve problems accurately and in a timely manner
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of customer support experience in an office environment
  • A people person with excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of office software
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Reliable daily attendance and on-time arrival, as scheduled
  • Must pass drug screen and background check prior to employment offer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual a plus! (English/Spanish)
