Position Overview

Join Digital Shift as our newest Account Manager and step into a dynamic role where your SEO expertise and commitment to client success will empower businesses to turn online searchers into satisfied customers. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, serve as a trusted partner, and guide them through ongoing SEO strategies, monthly Zoom sessions, and performance reviews—all while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly strategy sessions with clients
  • Strategically plan deliverables in alignment with client objectives
  • Proactively serve client needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with Operations to measure progress and achieve results
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention scores

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and proficiency with Google Docs or MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions that meet customer needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field
