Position Overview

The Receptionist/Office Assistant at Reece Albert, Inc. plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting individuals, providing direction and information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role supports both Reece Albert, Inc. and CSA Materials, Inc. – companies headquartered in San Angelo with additional offices in Midland and locations stretching from Alpine to San Antonio. Reece Albert is a family-owned, fully integrated heavy construction company offering construction services including site work, roadway and highway construction, underground utility, concrete and bridge structures, and hot mix paving projects throughout West Texas. CSA Materials, Inc. supplies aggregate and asphalt construction materials essential for Texas’ infrastructure and building needs. In this role, you will act as the front-line support: answering phones, screening and directing calls, greeting office visitors, taking and relaying messages, handling dig tests for Superintendents, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires for the HR department. You will also review and submit new hire paperwork to HR, coordinate with the Man Camp Manager to order supplies, monitor and stock office and general supplies, receive deliveries, maintain the kitchen area, enter tickets into software, update spreadsheets, and ensure the overall appearance of the front office is maintained.Confidentialityand consistently representing the values of Reece Albert and CSA are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing clear direction and information.
  • Answer the phone, screen and direct calls, and relay messages promptly.
  • Handle dig tests for Superintendents efficiently.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires for the HR department two to three times each week.
  • Review and submit new hire paperwork to the HR department.
  • Interface with the Man Camp Manager to order supplies as needed.
  • Monitor, order, and stock various office and general supplies.
  • Receive deliveries, documents, and packages.
  • Maintain and clean the kitchen area, ensuring supplies and refreshments are available.
  • Enter tickets into software and update spreadsheets accurately.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of the front office is welcoming.
  • Maintain confidentiality and consistently represent the values of Reece Albert and CSA.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous clerical experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify problems and evaluate effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Ability to locate job sites using Google Maps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
