Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Run your own 360 desk managing both candidate delivery and new business development.
• Headhunt candidates using cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, and referrals.
• Conduct market research for business development and to gain insights into the Life Sciences space.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Represent Meet Life Sciences and our global clients to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and systems.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a client-facing role or participation in an athletic program.
• Outbound sales experience (highly preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resilient, and self-directed with an entrepreneurial spirit.
