Overview

The Senior Associate, Brand Marketing - Influencer is responsible for executing exceptional Influencer Marketing campaigns, overseeing agency execution of influencer campaigns, and supporting broader Brand & Integrated Marketing efforts in relation to Influencer Marketing. Candidate must be able to identify and connect with key influencers to develop relationships, and create campaigns that reach new and re-engage existing customers. In addition the candidate may support the execution of Brand Campaigns, which may include end-to-end campaign management tasks from research & competitive analysis, creative briefing, on to measurement and reporting. Candidate must be strategic, collaborative, organized and analytical with a proven track record of executing influencer campaigns that align with business goals, increase brand awareness and drive subscriptions or sales.

This role will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer facing briefs based on marketing priorities.
  • Manage and build database of brand aligned influencers.
  • Negotiate and manage end to end influencer partnerships.
  • Analyze results of influencer partnerships, constantly iterating to increase effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Agency on vetting, negotiation and execution of influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand or Influencer Marketing, or related role
  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers and product.

Job Skills

  • Understands marketing and influencer KPIs.
  • Self-starter and strong team player who can act as both a collaborator and an owner/leader.
  • Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to both think strategically and roll up sleeves as needed. Must be flexible when business priorities change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to present and inspire.
  • Strong project management, process management and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience manipulating data.
  • Experience using CreatorIQ, GRIN, or other Influencer Management software tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
