Texas Security General Insurance Agency seeks an Entry Level Inside Sales Specialist for its team in San Antonio, TX. Location: San Antonio, TX. We are looking for energetic, dynamic, competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and ready to jump-start their careers in the insurance industry. As part of the rigorous 50/50 Program – a 24‐month training and development initiative – you will be paired with experienced sales mentors and be challenged daily to develop superior sales habits. This program prepares you to drive new business opportunities while contributing creative digital marketing efforts to build the company’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 25-50 outbound calls a day
- Drive new business by asking questions
- Convert leads into submissions
- Educate customers on quoting platforms and services
- Assist with social media content creation
- Create email campaigns
- Develop other digital marketing assets
- Design flyers for print and branding efforts
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (AI/APS)
- A positive attitude, a desire for coaching and a strong work ethic are essential
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or completion of military/other industry training program preferred
