Job Description

Position Overview

The Events Marketing Manager is a key role that will help EHOB drive sales through tradeshows and support leadership and sales training with meeting logistics. This person will lead all logistics for National Sales Meetings and provide additional support to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Hybrid role with onsite requirements; travel will be required.
  • Responsibilities: Tradeshows – drive product sales through tradeshows by maintaining relationships with trade show associations, developing strategies (including booth size, objectives, featured products, and activities), ordering event supplies and promotional items, selecting and evaluating booth vendors, designing the booth layout, coordinating pre- and post-show communications, ensuring proper staffing, managing budgets, and tracking ROI.
  • Responsibilities: Meeting Logistics – support EHOB Leadership and Sales Leadership with ad hoc meetings and quarterly Regional Manager/Corporate Accounts meetings, including coordinating logistics and shipping necessary supplies.
  • Responsibilities: National Sales Meeting – lead all logistics and planning, collaborating with leadership to manage the budget, select the city and hotel, coordinate hotel and meeting room arrangements, transportation, meals, and overall agenda execution.
  • Responsibilities: Additional Marketing Support – manage the marketing budget and oversee vendor relations for various marketing platforms such as Bynder, Gelato, Monday.com, Gear Site, and MailChimp.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in marketing, event management, meeting planning, or a related discipline.
  • Experience Required: 2+ years of related marketing, tradeshow, and meeting planning experience with a proven track record in planning and executing large events.
  • Qualifications: Highly organized with strong written and oral communication skills, the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to comfortably work for extended periods and travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with marketing platforms (e.g. Bynder, Gelato, Monday.com, Gear Site, MailChimp) and managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience working closely with a sales team.
